As part of a broader rebranding initiative for Hatanga, I was responsible for implementing the new visual identity—developed by our design lead—across a wide range of brand assets. This ranged from internal document templates and corporate letterheads to presentation slide decks and various digital materials. While the brand was being formalised into a comprehensive set of guidelines, I worked closely with the team to ensure visual consistency and clarity across all mediums, resulting in a cohesive set of branding collateral.
As our clients primarily operated within the Microsoft Office ecosystem, I focused on creating templates that were both visually engaging and intuitive to use. For the PowerPoint, I designed slides that balanced a strong brand expression with flexible, easy-to-use layouts. For Word, I developed a series of editable templates built with a shared theme. Each document was tailored to its specific use, which is reflected in custom grids, headers and footers. Each document was on-brand while still being practical for regular use.
